With over 20 years of experience in real estate, I bring together international expertise, extensive local market knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping my clients achieve their real estate goals.
My career began internationally, where I spent nearly a decade working in Dubai, UAE, during one of the most dynamic periods of growth in its real estate market. I specialized in the sale of off-plan developments and investment properties, working with buyers and investors from around the world.
My role also took me to London, Europe, and other international markets, where I presented real estate opportunities and guided clients looking to invest in Dubai. This experience gave me invaluable expertise in sales, marketing, negotiation, investment properties, and working with a diverse international clientele.
For the past 15 years, I have focused my expertise on the Greater Montréal residential real estate market, with a particular connection to Bois-Franc and Nouveau Saint-Laurent.
My history with Bois-Franc goes well beyond selling homes in the neighbourhood. Early in my career, I worked with Info Bois-Franc and Montclair Construction, giving me firsthand knowledge of the development of this exceptional community. It was through this experience that I developed both my expertise and my passion for the area.
Bois-Franc is also home. I have lived in the neighbourhood for more than 20 years, allowing me to experience its growth and evolution not only as a real estate professional, but also as a resident.
This combination gives me an intimate understanding of its properties, streets, developments, amenities, lifestyle, and the qualities that make Bois-Franc and Nouveau Saint-Laurent such sought-after places to call home.

With a degree in Architecture, I bring an additional perspective to every real estate transaction. I am able to look beyond a property as it currently exists and help my clients recognize its potential and envision what it could become.
When working with buyers, I often help them see opportunities they may not immediately recognize—whether it is improving a floor plan, opening up a living space, reimagining a kitchen, creating an additional room, or suggesting renovations that could make the property better suited to their lifestyle.
For sellers, my architectural background also allows me to identify strategic improvements that can enhance a home’s functionality, presentation, and overall appeal before bringing it to market.
My goal is not simply to help my clients find a property, but to help them understand its possibilities. Sometimes, a few thoughtful alterations can transform a house that does not initially feel quite right into a home that truly works for them.
